Haystack Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch or chocolate morsels, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 2 cans shoestring potatoes and 1 c. pecans, chopped or parched peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
