Brown together in large frying pan: 1 or more pounds ground beef, 1 cup chopped celery and 2 medium onions.

Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups water, added to soup cans.

Add 1/4 cup soy sauce or ostroms sauce or 1 can mushrooms.

Add 1/2 cup uncooked rice.

Mix all together well.

Pour into large casserole and bake (325Β°) for 1/2 hour, uncovered, and 1/2 hour, covered.

Sprinkle top with Chinese noodles.
