Hawaiian Pie
Hawaiian Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed vanilla wafers, 2/3 c. melted butter, 3 or 4 sliced bananas, 1 can eagle brand milk and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix wafers and butter and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Arrange sliced bananas over crust.
Beat together milk and lemon juice until thick.
Add sour cream.
Pour over bananas.
Mix together pineapple and Cool Whip and spread over sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle with pecans, coconut and cherries.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
