Hawaiian Pie
Hawaiian Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with graham cracker crusts, eagle brand condensed milk, (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained, angel flake coconut or 1 c. frozen coconut and large container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix lemon juice and condensed milk and stir until very thick. Add Cool Whip and mix well.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Pour into pie crusts and chill thoroughly.
This makes 2 large pies, each serving about 6.
Freezes well also.
