Hawaiian Ham
Hawaiian Ham is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. vinegar and 1 c. pineapple juice, drained from pineapple chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, pineapple juice
And soy sauce in a saucepan.
Cook until mixture is clear and slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Place ham in a casserole; add onion slices, green peppers and pineapple. Pour sauce over and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
