Made with 2 c. fresh pineapple, cut into chunks, 2 tangerines or orange sections, cut into pieces, 1 banana, peeled and diced, coated with 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 c. strawberries, hulled and quartered and 1/2 c. sugar-free lemon soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine pineapple chunks, tangerine, banana, strawberries, orange juice concentrate and soda in a large bowl.
