Hawaiian Bread
Hawaiian Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple, 4 eggs, beaten until light, 4 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 pkg. (8 oz.) coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine pineapple and coconut in mixing bowl, add the eggs and sugar and mix well.
Sift the flour, measure and then sift again with the salt and baking soda.
Add this to the first mixture.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into 3 greased 5x9 loaf pans.
Bake in a moderately slow oven, 325Β° for one hour.
Remove and turn out onto wire racks to cool.
Delicious sliced thin and spread with cream cheese!
