Hawaiian Beef
Hawaiian Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks (in juice), 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain pineapple chunks; reserve juice.
Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and pepper; reserve.
Stir-fry beef with oil in a wok or skillet until brown.
Add green pepper and 2 tablespoons water to wok.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks, juice and tomatoes to the wok.
Add the reserved mixture.
Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice.
