Hash Casserole
Hash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (1 lb. size) corned beef hash, 2 small onions, 1 c. sour cream, 1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium casserole or baking dish, put hash.
Chop onions fine and stir in with hash, then level off the top.
Mix sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Pile in center of hash and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
