Hash Casserole
Hash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cornmeal, 1 c. cold water, 1 tsp. salt, 3 c. boiling water and 1 c. shredded sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cornmeal, salt and cold water.
Add to boiling water. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Pour into 9-inch pie pan and push up on sides of pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
Fill with corned beef hash.
Pour ketchup over top and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
