Hash Brown Skillet Breakfast is an easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, 12 oz. pkg. loose frozen hash browns, 6 eggs, 1/4 c. milk and 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook bacon until crisp; drain and reserve drippings.
Heat drippings and add hash browns.
Cook over medium heat until browned.
Mix together eggs and milk and pour over potatoes.
Top with cheese and crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
Cover and cook over low-medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
Cut in wedges.
