Hash Brown Scallop

Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/2 cup of boiling water.
Pour over potato mixture.
Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine.
Bake, covered, in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done, stirring gently once or twice.
If desired, top with triangles of cheese and bake until cheese melts.
