Hash Brown Cheddar Bake
Hash Brown Cheddar Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag frozen hash browns, defrosted, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.), 2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place mixture in a large baking pan. Combine crushed cornflakes and margarine. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Place in a preheated 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Wonderful dish to serve with barbecue steaks or London broil.
