Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 30 oz. bag of frozen country style hash browns, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 stick of butter, 1 pint of sour cream and 1/2 cup of chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter over low heat.
Add cheese until melted, remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Add the butter and cheese mixture.
Mix with the frozen hash browns, spread in a large (9 x 13) casserole dish, slightly dot the top with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
