Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. bag hash brown frozen potatoes, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 2 tsp. salt and 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together in large bowl.
Pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch dish.
Melt 1/3 cup oleo.
Mix with 2 cups corn flakes and pour over top of potatoes.
(Oleo all together equals 2 sticks, melted.)
Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
