Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns, 1 c. butter plus 2 tbsp., 1 c. cream of chicken soup, 1 pt. sour cream and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Add half of the hash browns.
Mix soup, sour cream, milk and onions.
Pour half of the mixture over the potatoes.
Spread cheese over mixture. Spread remaining soup mixture, cheese and 2 tablespoons butter on top of the corn flakes.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
