Hash Brown Bake
Hash Brown Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. butter or margarine, 3 large potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs.), 2 green onions, thinly sliced, 1 c. (4 oz.) grated swiss cheese and 1 tsp. dried, minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease sides and bottom of a 9 inch round or square casserole dish with 1 tsp. butter.
Set aside.
One at a time, peel potatoes, grate coarsely and place in a bowl of cold water until all potatoes have been grated.
Drain potatoes, squeezing out water.
Transfer to mixing bowl; add onions, cheese, garlic, egg, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
Pat corners with spoon.
Bake for 1 hour.
