Boil chicken.
While chicken is boiling, cut up pork, beef, potatoes and onions.
Remove chicken from broth and add pork, beef, potatoes and onions.
Remove chicken from bones and return to broth.
When meat, potatoes and onions are cooked to hash, add other ingredients to taste.
Serve over rice.
