Hash is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. stew beef, 2 tbsp. bacon drippings, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter and 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook stew beef in crock-pot at 200Β° for 24 hours.
Pull off fat and tear apart with fingers.
Mix together bacon drippings, brown sugar, butter, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, black pepper, onions, vinegar, mustard, salt, beef broth and liquid smoke.
Cook together until onions are done, then add meat and simmer 1 hour.
