Harvest Vegetable Casserole
Harvest Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, 1 bunch broccoli, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated and 2 c. crushed ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash and cook vegetables until tender.
Drain.
Cut vegetables into bite size pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir in soup.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
In separate container, mix together crushed crackers and melted oleo.
Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
