Harvest Loaf Cake
Harvest Loaf Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottom of loaf pans.
Combine flour, soda, salt and spices.
Cream butter in large mixing bowl. Gradually add sugar; beat at high speed of mixer until light and fluffy.
Blend in eggs; beat well.
At low speed add dry ingredients.
Blend well after each addition.
Stir in chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Bake for 65 to 75 minutes until cake tests done. Insert toothpick in center of loaf; done when comes out clean.
