Harvest Cake
Harvest Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced apples, 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dice apples and add sugar; set aside for an hour.
Add raisins to apples.
Allow raisins to get plump.
Beat eggs.
Add oil and vanilla.
Pour over apple mixture.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, soda and spices and add to mixture.
Stir thoroughly.
Add nuts and stir again.
Pour into a greased tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
