Harvard Beets
Harvard Beets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vinegar and 12 small beets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix in a sauce pan sugar, cornstarch, water and vinegar. Boil 5 minutes.
Add beets and let stand at least 30 minutes or more.
Just before serving bring to boiling point and add 2 Tbsp. butter.
