Harvard Beets

In pan add sugar, corn starch, and salt with 2 Tbsp. of beet liquid.
Heat over medium heat and stir until smooth.
Add remaining liquid from beets.
Then add vinegar and margarine.
Heat until thickens.
Stir constantly or it will stick.
Heat thoroughly.
