Harvard Beets is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 stick margarine, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1 pt. sliced beets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt margarine over low heat, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Blend flour.
Add vinegar, stir. Add sliced beets and heat through.
Not need to cook.
If sauce is too thick or desire more, add the water from the canned beets and heat through.
