Hard Rock Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 3/4 c. light karo, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. flavoring and food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil the first 3 ingredients until hard boil without stirring, until hard crack stage (310Β°).
Remove from heat.
Add flavoring and food color; pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
Butter hands and scissors; cut to desired sizes.
