Hard Cinnamon Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2 c. light karo syrup, 1 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. oil of cinnamon and red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat sugar, syrup and water to 310Β°.
Add cinnamon and stir well.
Add food coloring; stir well.
Pour onto a well buttered cookie sheet.
Cut into small pieces when edges start getting firm.

Store in an airtight container.
