Hard Candy Or Lollipops is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. light corn syrup, 3/4 c. water and flavoring and food coloring (to your desire), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 3 ingredients in large saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil, without stirring, until temperature reaches 310Β°.
Remove from fire.
After the boiling has ceased, stir in flavoring and food coloring.
Pour into sucker molds or into lightly greased sheet.
Cool and break into pieces.
