Hard Candy
Hard Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon oil (or any flavored oil) and food coloring (any color), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook sugar, corn syrup and water to hard crack stage at 300Β°. Remove heat and rest of ingredients, except confectioners sugar.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on cookie sheet.
Quickly pour mixture onto confectioners sugar. Let cool completely.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
Break into bite size pieces.
