Hard Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. light corn syrup, 3/4 c. water, 1 tsp. flavoring (cinnamon oil works well) and food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve sugar in corn syrup and water in saucepan.
Cook to 300Β° without stirring.
Remove from heat and add flavoring and coloring.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on wax covered cookie sheet. Pour candy over.
Chill about 20 minutes.
Crack and eat.
