Hard Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 3/4 c. light syrup (karo), 1/2 tsp. flavoring (any flavoring you like) and 1 or 2 drops food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook sugar, water and syrup to 300Β°.
Remove from heat and add the flavoring and food coloring.
Pour onto a greased pan.
Let stand until cool and break into pieces.
