Hard Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with powdered sugar, 3 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 c. water and 1 tsp. flavoring oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Sprinkle an 18 x 24-inch strip of heavy-duty aluminum foil with powdered sugar.
Mix first 3 ingredients in large, heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil, without stirring, until temperature reaches 310Β° or until drops of syrup form hard threads in cold water.
Remove from heat; stir in flavoring oil and coloring.
Pour onto foil.
Cool and break into pieces.
