Happy Salad
Happy Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cold water and 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and cold water. Thicken slightly. Add pineapple, cranberries, celery, apple and nuts.
Pour into mold or serving dish.
Refrigerate until set. Serves 6.
