Hanky Panky
Hanky Panky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage meat (not in casing), 1 lb. ground hamburg, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1/2 tsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. onion salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook sausage and hamburger and drain.
Add Velveeta and spices.
Melt cheese.
Spread on party rye.
Put on broiler pan and broil in oven until it bubbles and browns slightly.
These can be frozen on the cookie sheet and then stored in plastic bags until ready to use at a later date.
Reheat frozen under broiler for about 5 to 6 minutes.
