Hanky Panks
Hanky Panks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, 1 tsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute sausage and beef; drain well.
Add cheese and melt over low heat.
Add spices.
Spread on rye bread.
Place on cookie sheet to freeze.
After frozen, place in freezer bag.
When ready to use, take out of freezer and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes 35 to 40.
