Hamburger Stroganoff
Hamburger Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. butter, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
