Hamburger Stroganoff

Drain mushrooms, saving liquid.
Brown beef, mushrooms and onion.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add mushroom liquid, water, Heinz 57 and parsley; simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Pour over noodles.
