Hamburger Stretch
Hamburger Stretch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 2 or 3 slices bread, torn into small pieces, 1/2 onion, chopped, or can use minced onion, 1 egg and dash of worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In mixing bowl, slightly beat egg.
Add bread pieces, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper; mix together.
Add enough milk to moisten.
Crumble ground chuck into bowl and mix well.
Form into patties and fry in small amount of oil over medium heat.
