Hamburger Soup
Hamburger Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 tsp. onion flakes, 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice, 1 (46 oz.) can water and 1 small can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown hamburger and onion flakes in a pan.
Drain off fat. Add tomato juice, water, stewed tomatoes and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil.
Add bag of frozen vegetables, potatoes and celery.
Cook until vegetables are done, about 45 to 60 minutes. During the last 15 minutes, add spaghetti.
It is ready to serve when vegetables and spaghetti are done.
