Hamburger Quiche
Hamburger Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Press the crescent roll dough in ungreased pie pan.
Brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain fat.
Place in pie shell. Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch; mix until smooth. Stir in cheese and green onions.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
