Hamburger Onion Pie
Hamburger Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bisquick, 1/3 c. light cream, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 medium onions, sliced and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix Bisquick and cream with a fork.
Knead gently 10 times on surface lightly dusted with Bisquick.
Roll dough into a circle to fit a 9-inch pie pan.
Ease dough into pan and fork edges.
Saute beef and onions until meat has lost color. Add salt, pepper, flavor extender and 2 tablespoons Bisquick. Spread in dough lined pie pan.
Beat eggs slightly and blend with cottage cheese.
Pour over meat.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
