Hamburger Hash
Hamburger Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck beef, 2 tbsp. butter, oil or margarine, 3 small onions, chopped, 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 1/2 c. brown rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook meat until soft and crumbly.
Add onions and celery to meat.
Add pepper and soy sauce, mix well.
Add soups, water and rice, mix well and stir into casserole and cover.
In 350Β° oven, bake 1/2 hour, stir and continue to bake another 1/2 hour.
Remove and top with noodles.
Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more.
Serves 8.
(Is more flavorful if made the day before then reheated before serving.)
