Hamburger Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground round, 1 clove garlic, minced, 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, 1 tsp. salt and 1 onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown onions and garlic in oil, then brown meat and pepper. Add tomato sauce, cheese, eggs and salt; cool.
Store in refrigerator.
When needed, fill rolls and heat in 300Β° oven for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
Makes 24 to 36 sandwiches, depending on size of buns.
