Hamburger Delight
Hamburger Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash browns, 3/4 c. oil, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 (15 oz.) can sloppy joes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook potatoes in oil in skillet, but do not brown, adding the oil as it is needed.
Lift out potatoes with a slotted spoon and arrange in buttered baking dish.
Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper.
Cook burger in same skillet; drain.
Add the sauce to beef; mix thoroughly and heat.
Pour meat mixture over the potatoes.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. During last 5 minutes of cooking, remove and sprinkle on cheese.
