Hamburger-Corn Casserole
Hamburger-Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Lightly brown ground beef.
Add onion; cook until tender, but not brown.
Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimento, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Stir in noodles, cooked and drained.
Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Mix bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter; sprinkle over top.
Bake in moderate oven, 350Β°, for 30 minutes until hot.
