Hamburger Corn Bake
Hamburger Corn Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender.
Stir in corn (drained), cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, pimento, salt and pepper; mix well.
Stir in small noodles, cooked and drained. Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Mix bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes, or until brown.
Serves 8 to 10.
