Ham Soufflé
Ham Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 slices sandwich bread, 8 slices yellow cheese, 2 c. cut up ham, 6 eggs, well beaten or equivalent amount of egg beaters and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut crusts from bread.
Place 8 slices in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Glass is good.
Cover with 8 slices cheese and cut up ham.
Place remaining bread on top.
Mix well the eggs, milk, mustard (can by dry) and seasoned salt.
Pour mixture over bread.
Refrigerate overnight.
