Ham Ring
Ham Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. dairy sour cream and 1/2 c. salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve in boiling water. Blend in sour cream, salad dressing, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until partially set; whip until fluffy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 5-cup ring mold; chill until firm. Garnish with tomatoes or cheese or pineapple or orange slices. Serves 6.
