Ham Quiche Lorraine
Ham Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pastry shell, nutmeg, 4 slices crisp bacon, 1/4 onion, diced and sauteed and 8 slices ham, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350°. Sprinkle bacon and onion on bottom of crust.
Add half of ham, 4 slices of cheese, rest of ham and then cheese.
Beat eggs and mustard.
Add hot cream; beat.
Pour over ham and cheese.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until custard is set.
