Ham Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cured ham, 1 lb. fresh pork, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. milk (can use 1/2 c. milnot plus 1/2 c. water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grind cured ham and fresh pork together.
Beat eggs and add with milk to ground meat.
Mix thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pat into loaf.
